You can read what Day 1 means here Day 1 Parameters: Fruit Day – Eat all the fruits you want, except bananas. The lowest calorie fruits are watermelon and cantaloupe, so if you eat mostly melons you will lose more weight.

Day 1 Reflections: I didn’t find Fruit Day too bad at all I have to say. I can certainly tell that fruit has a lot of fluid content, and considering the number of trips I’ve had to make to the bathroom I’m guessing SOMETHING is getting flushed out! My fruits of choice were watermelon, cantaloupe, another kind of melon that was green (it’s sad that as writing this I can’t remember the name of it… honeydew? Is that it? I’ll blame lack of French fries in my diet today…), pineapple, and oranges. Feeling pretty good, I have to say… no better or worse than any other day though I don’t think! However, I’ve eaten so much fruit I’m pretty sure I’m going to be dreaming of the Chiquita Banana lady’s hat tonight.

The easiest part of this challenge for me: Just keeping fruit on my desk or next to me so when I got hungry it was readily available.

The hardest part of this challenge for me: Cooking supper and putting leftovers away after supper and not eating anything! Also found it very challenging just eating fruit all night and not having something hot to eat.
