Appy Friday: Goals!

This Appy Friday, let’s focus on finding an app that works for you to help you reach your goals! It can be any goal that you’re wanting to achieve: healthier eating, saving money, being more active, watching less tv, reading… or even spending less time on your phone.

There are several free apps available on the market for tracking your goals. One example is called “Goal Meter: Goal Tracker, Habit Changer”. Simply install this app, and then identify goals that you would like to achieve. Each day you’ll check in and the app will track how successful you’re being at reaching your goals. The app can be customized to send you push notifications as well, to remind you to stay on track.

You can add as many different goals as you would like; just keep in mind that change happens slowly… so start small, maybe with two or three goals…. And you can always increase from there. The trick is not to try to do too much at once, or you’ll set yourself up for failure.
