By now, all of us know the importance of overall Wellness. We live in a digital age, where smart phones and tablets offer us a wide variety of apps to help us stay on track, from everything from exercising, eating healthy, drinking enough water, and even relaxing! The challenge can be finding an app that covers more than just one specific goal. Fig sets out to answer that challenge.
You can find it on fig.com, or through the App Store or Google Play (and for you Blackberry users, if you download 1mobile Market and have the latest Blackberry OS 10, you’ll be able to use it via Android as well!). Search the library for a wide selection of goals to set for yourself, from exercising 30 minutes a day to eating three “brightly coloured foods”, drinking water, relaxing and meditating, stretching, even reminders to make time for friends!
You can set each individual goal for everyone to see, just friends, or only yourself. Personally, I found this setting particularly useful because I may have personal goals that I don’t want to share with everyone else. Invite your friends and encourage each other to reach your goals!
