This week we have been focusing on health! Most of us know (and many follow) the 10,000 step a day rule… but there’s more ways to work on your fitness that don’t involve steps.
This Appy Friday, if you’re looking to focus on your mid-section, a great app to try is called “Flat Stomach Workout”. This app will guide you through a series of exercises for your abs. You can set your difficulty level at Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced. Each level gives you a set of daily exercises for four weeks straight, and it tracks how you’re doing each week. Complete all seven days in a week and you get a trophy on the app.
The app stores all of your records right in it, and also gives you the option of setting a training plan. There’s even a health report section where you can record your weight and height, and track progress on that as well.
