Looking to ramp up your balance training? Not surprisingly, there’s an app for that!
The Stannah Balance app uses a series of very basic balancing exercises to help you improve your balance. To get started, you open the app and place your phone in your back pocket. Voice commands will let you know what you need to do, to complete the balance exercise. You earn awards on the app as you progress, and the balance exercises start at 10 second intervals, working all the way up to 60 second intervals.
