You can read what Day 7 is about here Day 7 Parameters:  Miracle Soup! Miracle Soup Recipe: 2-3 Large Onions Chopped, 1 head of Cabbage chopped, 1 green pepper chopped, 5-6 celery stalks chopped, 2 large cans of diced tomatoes, and 2 packages of Lipton Beefy Onion Soup Mix.  Put the chopped vegetables in a pan and pour the tomatoes (that have been slightly blended in a blender) over top. Add 4-6 cups of water, enough to barely cover the vegetables. Cook for 10 minutes. Add the Beefy Onion Soup Mix and cook until all the vegetables are tender. Day 7 reflections:  I have to say that I’ve been dreading “soup day” since reading through this whole thing… but there was nothing in the soup I specifically disliked (while I don’t like tomatoes I can eat them mixed in things) but the whole thing didn’t sound very appetizing. Because I like a little zing with my food I chose the Spicy Red Pepper diced tomatoes to add… and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised! While soup wouldn’t be my choice for breakfast, at all, I could completely make this again and bring it for lunch. It looks absolutely disgusting… I’m not even going to pretend it doesn’t…. but flavour-wise it’s pretty good!  By lunchtime I have to say I was pretty sick of eating it… so it would definitely be a “once a day” type thing, maybe a few times a month. Easiest part about Day 7: That I ended this detox at 5PM because I had date night with my hubby!
