Today’s Meet the Staff person is Louise Goguen!  Louise works out of our Saint John, New Brunswick office and is one of our Customer Service Administrators.  Louise uses her more than 10 years of experience with the company to provide the best possible customer service to our clients. Louise answers phone calls, works with several clients, and also helps pay claims.  Here are a few random questions we asked Louise!

 

Q: What is a little-known fact about you?

A:  I was born in England and moved to Canada when I was 7.

Q: How do you Balance Your Life?

A: I do a lot of hiking, biking and reading.
