Today’s Meet the Staff person is Kevin Hollis! Kevin works out of our Dartmouth, NS office and is the President of the company.  As President, his primary job is to provide leadership and direction as best as he can. Some days this could be just being there for other staff when support is needed and helping people to problem solve; so as a company we end up doing right by our clients every time. This support works very well within the company, and Kevin has quickly and seamlessly earned the respect of the staff that he manages, both directly and indirectly.  Here are a few random questions we asked Kevin!

 

Q:  When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?

A:  Garbage man or record store manager…seriously…

Q:  If you were the only human left on Earth, what would you do?

A:  Probably cancel my cellphone plan. I mean, really, who am I going to call…    

Q:  What’s the best advice you were ever given? Who was it from?

A:  Don’t be afraid to try new things…in life you are more likely to regret the things you didn’t do, rather than those you did.  A former boss who imparted lots of wisdom when I was younger.

Q:  What’s the worst job you’ve ever had, and what did you learn from it?

A:  Driving an ice cream bike as a teenager. I learned the importance of getting an education.
