Has your “Fa La La” felt more like “Fa” lately? Stress could be the culprit! While Christmas is an exciting time of year, it is also an incredibly busy time of year! Even if you’re an early shopper (like me), going to the store to pick up a few groceries can result in crazy line-ups and crowds. This time of year, it’s more than important than ever to put yourself on a Holiday time out.
I have a Christmas challenge for you… one night this week, any night of your choice, take the night for you. Do what you want to do. Whether it’s watching movies, reading a book, or even just going to bed early… consciously push aside the holiday stressors and the craziness, and spend a night doing what makes you happy. You’ll find that the next day you’ll feel a lot more centered, and you just might get some “Fa La” back… and just maybe find your final “La”!
