This might seem as the weirdest “Wellness App” to review… but please bear with me. After all, overall Wellness embodies not only the body, but the mind and spirit as well. Picture this… you’ve had a long, stressful day at work. Everything that could possibly go wrong, has. You get home, and all you want to do is just relax and forget about the day. However, you’re still having trouble pushing everything out of your mind. What better way to do that than a mind-numbing app game? Angry Birds!
There’s something very therapeutic about throwing things at other things, even virtually. Open the app (and there’s many Angry Birds to choose from now, with the earliest versions now free) and picture those little green pigs as anyone who just got on your last nerve during the day. Then… throw something at them! It’s a great stress release, a conscious way to let the events of the day go and clear them from your mind, and on top of that you won’t get fired.
