Today’s Meet the Staff person is Louise Goguen!  Louise works out of our Saint John, New Brunswick office and is one of our Customer Service Administrators.  Louise uses her years of experience with the company to provide the best possible customer service to our clients. Louise answers phone calls, works with several clients, and also helps pay claims.  Here are a few random questions we asked Louise!

A:  McDonalds

Q:  What’s one thing you’re currently trying to make a habit?

A:  Drink more water.

A:  Pop and Chips

Q:  What’s the top destination on our must-visit list?

A:  Hawaii

Q:  How do you prefer to end your day?

A:  Reading.
