Today’s Meet the Staff person is Shelley Randall!  Shelley works out of our Dartmouth, Nova Scotia office as a Group Service Coordinator. Shelley’s job involves everything Corporate! Shelley does marketings and renewals for the GB Sales team, administration and billings for TPA groups, carrier remittances, works with system updates, provides customer service, assists with claims and supports Belmont’s social media accounts. Here are a few random questions we asked Shelley:

Q:  How do you prefer to start your day?

A:  With coffee…by the pot

Q:  What is your favourite song/band/music genre?

A:  I’m definitely a Country girl, but I’ll listen to anything. My playlist is quite bizarre really.

Q:  What led you to this career?

A:  It was by coincidence; but I love that I’m always learning, so I guess you can say right place, right time.

Q:  Best perk(s) about working at Belmont Health & Wealth?

A:  We have wellness incentives! I’m competitive, so I love the monthly challenges – not the stair scare, goodness I hate the stair scare!

Q:  How do you balance your life?

A:  If I’m not yelling in a rink (I’m a Hockey Mom), I’m camping, reading, or in the woods!
