We are back in our offices and ready to serve you! There are a few measures we have put in place to ensure the safety of customers and staff alike:

  1. Anyone visiting our office must review a pre-screening questionnaire before entering the offices. If you answer yes to any of the following, you will not be permitted in to Belmont offices. The three questions asked are:

  • Do you have at least two of the following symptoms: Fever above 38 degrees C or signs of a fever (feeling hot or chills), a new or worsening chronic cough, sore throat, runny nose, a headache, new onset fatigue, new onset muscle pain, diarrhea, loss of taste or smell?

  • Have you returned from travel outside of the province within the last 14 days?

  • Have you had close contact within the last 14 days with a confirmed case of Covid-19?

  1. While in Belmont offices, all staff and non-staff are required to maintain a minimum of 6 feet (2 meters) distance between themselves and others at all times. The only exception to this will be members of the same household.

  2. We encourage you to contact us to book a meeting time in advance rather than dropping in.  This will ensure we can review the questionnaire with you and be ready for your arrival.

  3. When visiting our offices, wearing a mask is encouraged, but not required.
