Unless you’re me (who has to stop and think about it every time) most of us know our birth age. But I’d venture to guess most of us do not know our Vitality age! Alarmingly for many, this number can be higher than expected. Several lifestyle factors can contribute to how quickly our body ages: Diet, exercise, weight, even your overall mood. Less than ideal choices in any of these categories can build up and before long you realize you’re a 30 year old sitting on the front porch telling those “darn kids to get off your lawn!” Well….
