Today’s Meet the Staff person is Kathy Purinton! Kathy works out of our Saint John, NB office and is our go-to union liaison person as well as Corporate NB groups manager. Kathy has been with the company for over 30 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her position.  She works hard to ensure deadlines are met and clients feel supported and happy. Here’s a few random questions we asked Kathy!

 

Q:  What is the best birthday present you’ve ever received?   

A:  I can’t think of the best Birthday present, however, the most memorable Christmas present was a gift I received when I was 10.   Our Teacher was telling us about a thing called a “Minkie”.  She was telling us how cool and unique it was.  The next day my Mom was telling us what a unique gift they got us for Christmas, and we would never guess what it was.  Needless to say she was floored when I correctly guessed a Minkie. 

Q:  What is your favourite song/band/music genre?   

A:  My favourite band is Casting Crowns.

Q:  Best perk(s) about working at Belmont Health & Wealth?   

A:  I appreciate that our company is always looking at incentives to help with balancing work and life, but I think that I appreciate most they respect our time away from the office.

Q:  How do you balance your life? 

A:  Keeping physically active and taking more time to relax and enjoy life.
