Today’s Meet the Staff person is Shelley Randall!  Shelley works out of our Dartmouth, Nova Scotia office as a Group Service Coordinator. Shelley’s job involves everything Corporate! She manages the client billing and carrier payments, works with system updates, provides customer service and supports Belmont’s social media accounts.  She also assists with claims. Here are a few random questions we asked Shelley:

 

Q:  What is the best birthday present you have ever received?

A:  Having a Birthday is the present.  I prefer aging over the alternative!

Q:  What is your favourite song/band/music genre?

A:  I listen to anything, but favourite at this moment is probably Country.

Q:  Best perk(s) about working at Belmont Health & Wealth?

A:  We have wellness incentives! It is great to have monthly challenges that are geared towards wellness – at least for those of us who are competitive!

Q:  How do you balance your life?

A:  Exercise, trying to eat healthier, and relaxing with my family.
