Today’s Meet the Staff person is Sandra Lawson!  Sandra works out of our Saint John, New Brunswick office for over 36 years now as the Benefits Bank Supervisor, working with the New Brunswick unions. Sandra answers calls from members regarding their coverage, hours received, and claims remitted. She also takes payments at the front desk and is one of the first people you see when you visit Belmont New Brunswick. Sandra has a wealth of patience when it comes to helping members understand their plan, plan rules and benefits covered under their plan. Sandra also works with Trustees to answer any questions they may have, as well as a support for the pension department.  Here are a few random questions we asked Sandra!

 

Q:  Can you play any instruments?

A:  No

Q:  What are three things still left on your bucket list?

A:  To be comfortable in retirement.  Be Healthy.  Win the lottery

Q:  What does “Balance Your Life” mean to you?

A:  Live healthy, be calm and don’t sweat the small things.
