Today’s Meet the Staff person is Lana Fougere! Lana works out of our Dartmouth, NS office as Senior Corporate Accounts Administrator.  Lana primarily focuses on Corporate groups: handling the administration and member changes on our system and she also works closely with coordinating disability benefits for our clients. Because of her “make time for everyone” disposition, Lana is a favourite for our customers to talk to and deal with at Belmont. She excels in her customer service skills!

 Lana is part of our “Walking Club” at Belmont, which was started to help promote wellness within the workplace. She’s very active in our company activities, as well. Lana always has a friendly smile and a hello for everyone and helps to make a positive workplace culture.
