Today’s Meet the Staff person is Sharon Campbell!  Sharon works out of our Dartmouth, Nova Scotia office and has been with Belmont Health & Wealth for over 26 years. (We aren’t sure how that’s possible since she’s only 30….) Sharon is our VP of Group Benefits, and she loves what she does. She is definitely a people person and genuinely cares about the companies and employees that she helps. In her words, “Who doesn’t like knowing they are covered, when life throws you a curve ball. Bad things will always happen, but if you have coverage in place, at least you do not have to worry about the financial aspect.”  Here are a few random questions we asked Sharon!

 

Q:   At which store would you like to max-out your credit card (go ahead and assume someone else will be paying it off!)?

A: hmmmm.   At this point it would be Kent Building Supplies.    You can never have enough tools when you are building a house.

Q.   What has been the best Wellness challenge at Belmont Health & Wealth, and what challenges would you like to see in the future (either new or one we’ve done before)?  

A. The best wellness challenge is anything to do with healthy eating.  You can never be reminded enough to eat well.     Along the same line of healthy eating, it would be great to have a “cook off” off or learn how to make healthy soups.

Q.   How old is the oldest pair of shoes in your closet? 

A. 15 years.  I am guessing, but I do keep things longer than I should.  If it still fits, why not?

Q.  What are your three favourite things about working at Belmont Health & Wealth (or more… if you can’t choose!)? 

A. My top three would be the staff, the clients and the wellness initiatives.
